Terms & Conditions – btk333 Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the btk333 platform, available at btk333.app, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support features offered therein (collectively, the "Services"). btk333 is operated as an online entertainment platform providing casino games and sports wagering to eligible users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

To register and use the btk333 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).

btk333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification.

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate games, or exploit promotions.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unintended financial benefit.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information exploitation in sports betting markets.
• Using the btk333 platform to conduct money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting, or any other financial crime.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-user policy.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any communication with btk333 support.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Using credit card or payment method not registered in your own legal name.

btk333 employs automated fraud detection systems and human review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, btk333 may share relevant information with financial institutions, payment processors, and relevant authorities as required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btk333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

In all cases, btk333's maximum aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law applicable to online service agreements. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement or the use of btk333 Services shall first be submitted to btk333 customer support at [email protected] for informal resolution. btk333 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. btk333's decisions regarding wagering outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and fraud determinations are final and binding, subject to the informal complaint procedure described above.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
